If you own a Holiday Van (Onsite Van) at a Holiday Haven Tourist Park these pages provide you with everything you need to know about owning a holiday van. Owning a holiday van is a great way to enjoy regular affordable holidays on the NSW South Coast. There are however some rules and responsibilities to owning a holiday van and we hope that these pages provide you with all the information you require to make your stay in the park a happy one. These pages are currently under construction and more information will be gradually added.
Holiday Van Management Strategy
Holiday Haven Tourist Parks in conjunction with the NSW Crown Lands Division has developed a strategy for the allocation of Holiday Van numbers and sites within each Holiday Haven Tourist Park. This strategy has implications for all van owners and prospective van owners, please take the time to familarise yourself with this strategy before selling or purchasing a holiday van.
In July 2011 a Holiday Van Management Strategy prepared in consultation with the NSW Crown Lands Division, under the provisions of the Business Development Plan was adopted by Council on Tuesday 26th July under Council Minute 11.710.

As of August 2011, van sales under strict conditions in certain areas of the following parks are permitted - Shoalhaven Heads Tourist Park, Crookhaven Heads Tourist Park, Ulladulla Headland Tourist Park, Burrill Lake Tourist Park and Lake Tabourie Tourist Park. The Conceptual Development Plans outline which sites in the parks are reserved for Holiday Van Occupancy and which sites are reserved for future development.
