Lake Tabourie

  • Are camp fires allowed in the park?

    Fires are not permitted in the park. It is a total fire ban all year round as the tourist park is surrounded by National Parks.

  • Do you allow pets?

    Small dogs are welcome on selected sites during off-peak times by arrangement with the park manager. Pets are not permitted in cabins or during peak, school and public holidays.

  • Is Lake Tabourie Beach a patrolled beach?

    There are currently no services provided by Surf Life Saving Australia for Lake Tabourie Beach.

    Lake Tabourie Beach is a surf beach; it is suitable for swimming, surfing and fishing.

    The closet beach that is a patrolled  beach is Mollymook Beach, which is located 15 minutes' drive from Lake Tabourie via the princes highway.

  • What size are your campsites?

    Our campsites are roughly 9 metres x 9 metres and are all grass sites.

  • What time is check in and check out?

    Check in is at 2pm. Check out is at 10am. Unless otherwise stated or arranged prior with park management.

Culburra Beach

  • Are campfires permitted in your park?

    Campfires are not allowed in the park, there is a total fire ban all year round as we are surrounded by national park.

  • Are you located near the beach or river?

    We are located on the headland between the mouth of the Shoalhaven River and Crookhaven Heads Beach.

  • Are you pet friendly?

    We are currently not pet friendly.

  • Can the children bring their bikes and scooters?

    We encourage the use of bikes and scooters as long as they are not electric or powered.  We offer great paths for them to ride on and note helmets must be worn at all times.

  • Do you have a camp kitchen?

    We have a new camp kitchen with gas burners, gas bbq's and two microwaves.

  • How old do you consider infants to be?

    Children aged 4 years and under are infants.  We do not charge for infants here at Culburra Beach Holiday Park.  Please note infants are not supplied linen in cabins.  

  • Is linen supplied in the cabins?

    All linen is supplied in the cabins.  (Bedding and bath sheets).

  • What do you sell in your kiosk?

    We have a range of drinks, icecreams, sweets, toiletries, ice, gas and bait.

  • What facilities can you offer our children?

    We have a lovely swimming pool with a toddler pool, jumping pillow under a large shade shelter, climbing spider net, playground, mini golf and of course there is the nearby fishing wharf and beach.

  • What time is check-in and check-out?

    Check-in is from 2pm and check-out is 10am.

Kangaroo Valley

  • Are you located next to the River?

    Yes our park in situated directly above Kangaroo River and next to the Kangaroo Valley Hampden bridge.

  • Can the kids bring their push bikes

    We encourage children to bring their push bikes along. Our park is perfect for riding bikes and Kangaroo Valley also has a footpath which takes you to Kangaroo Valley Village. 

  • Do you allow pets?

    Small dogs are welcome on campsites upon application to park managers. We do not allow pets in cabins.

  • Is linen supplied in the cabins?

    All linen is supplied to all beds in the cabins.

  • What time is check in and check out?

    Check in is at 2pm. Check out is at 10am. Please phone us for alternative options.

Huskisson Beach

  • Are you pet friendly?

    Your furry friends are welcome on campsites.

    This will only occur during low and standard seasons, upon management approval. 

    *We do not allow pets cabins. 

  • Do we charge for extras?

    We do charged for extras here at Huskisson Beach. 

    Campsite rates are for 2 adults. An extra $10 is charged per person (aged 5 years and over) per night. Infants stay for free. 

    The cabin rate covers up to 4 people. An extra $20 is charged for extra adults per night. An extra $10 is charged for extra children per night.

    During peak and premium seasons - we do not charge for extras. 

  • Do we discount over peak season?

    The only discount we offer during peak season is our 10% Facebook discount (please note that this excludes premium season).

    No other discounts are offered during peak season. 

  • Do we have a camp kitchen?

    We currently do not have a camp kitchen however we do supply BBQ's in the park, free of charge.

    BBQ's are cleaned daily for your convenience. 

  • Do we offer senior discounts?

    We offer senior discounts for campsites only. There is no special rate or discount offered for seniors in cabins. 

    There is also no senior discounts during peak or premium season. 

  • Do you allow camp fires?

    There are no fires permitted at Huskisson Beach at any time.

    We have a total fire ban all year round. 

  • Do you ban certain breeds of dogs?

    We have strict restrictions on breeds of dogs for the safety of our guests as we need to ensure that all guests feel welcome and safe at all times. Below is the list of banned breeds:

    - Pitbull

    - Rottweilers

    - Huskies

    - German Shepherds 

    - Alaskan Malamutes 

    - Doberman Pinschers

    - Chow Chows 

    - Great Danes

    - Boxers

    - Akitas 

     

    Please note that whilst your dog may not be on the list above, if it shows aggressive behaviour or is disruptive to other guests, management reserve the rights to cancel your booking and ask you to leave. 

  • How old do you consider infants to be?

    Children aged 4 years and under are considered to be infants. 

    All infants stay for free here at Huskisson Beach. 

  • What is the difference between an express check in and an early check in?

    An express check in allows for a quick and easy check in. Please ensure your balance is settled pre-arrival for an express check in. 

    An early check in is when you have been approved to enter your cabin/camp site before 3pm. This needs to be arranged upon booking and is dependent on availability. 

  • What time is check in and check out?

    Check in is at 3pm daily. Check out is at 11am.

    Please call us to arrange alternative times (depending on availability). 

Currarong Beachside

  • Are you pet friendly?

    Yes we are pet friendly upon application (small dogs) on selected campsites only, conditions apply

    We are pet friendly out of school holidays and out of peak season, upon management approval.

    We have a designated pet friendly area.

    *We do not allow pets in cabins, or on verandahs or around the cabins.

  • Can children bring their bikes and scooters?

    We love to have the children out and about on their bikes, scooters and skateboards. 

    They can ride all over the park, helmets must be worn at all times.

    Once the street lights come on at night we ask all bikes, scooters and skateboards are returned to your campsite.

     

  • Can we do any bush walks in Currarong?

    If you go to Abraham's Bosom Beach there are some spectacular bush walks.  Check it out at http://www.lpma.nsw.gov.au/about_recreation/walking_tracks/abrahams_bosom_walking_track

    Some of the walks are Marions Way, The Wreck S.S Merimbula 1928, Honey Suckle Point, Lobster Bay, Gosangs Tunnel and Mermaids Inlet.

  • Do we charge for extras?

    Cabins - All cabins rates are inclusive of all persons, please see our price-list for max. number of persons per cabin

    Standard Rate for Powered Campsites

    Campsite rates are based on 2 adults and up to 4 children. An extra adult is $10 per night. (Max. 6 per site)

    Peak Season for Powered Campsites

    Campsite rates are based on 2 adults and 4 children.  An extra adult is $10 a night, a child is $10.   (Max. 6 per site)

    Standard Season for Ensuite Campsites

    Ensuite rates are based on 2 adults and up to 4 children, each addition adult is $10 (Max. 6 per site)

     

     

    Peak Season for Ensuite Campsites

    Rates are based on 2 adults and up to 4 children, each additional adult is 15 (Max. 6 per site)

  • Do we have a camp kitchen?

    Yes.  Our camp kitchen is located in the front grassed area behind reception.  It has a fridge, microwave and oven.  It also has a tv.  Barbeque's are located through out the park for your convenience.

    During peak season there is also a small camp kitchen near the East Amenity block that is also available.

     

  • Do you allow camp fires?

    We have a total  fire ban all year round at Currarong Beachside Tourist Park.

     

  • Do you have a splashpad?

    We have a wonderful Kidzone area with a fantastic new splashpad.

    We also have a half court tennis court, playground, jumping pillow, mini-golf area, giant chess-set and bocce course.

    The kidzone area is fully fenced, children under 8 must be supervised by an adult at all times.

    There is no extra charge for any of these activities for our guests.

     

     

  • Does the park offer senior discounts?

    We have a special rate for our seniors.  On a powered site it is $35 a night, if you can stay longer we have a great weekly special being $30 a night that is available to all guests.

  • How long does it take to get to the beach?

    Our park has the beach on one side and Currarong creek on the other. 

    It will take you approximately 3 minutes to walk to the beach from the far end of the park. 

     

  • Is linen supplied to cabins?

    Linen is supplied for all beds in our cabins. 

    The main bed is made up.

    All additional beds in the cabins have a pillow/pillow slip, doona (with cover), single sheet and bath towel provided.

    We also supply a hand towel, a bath mat and x2 tea towels. 

    The only linen you need to bring is a beach towel.

    New linen is supplied every 7 days.

  • What time is check in and check out?

    Check in is at 2pm daily. Check out is at 10am.

    We are happy to offer a free late check out on a Sunday (depending on availability). Please check with reception upon arrival.

     

  • Where can you get a fishing licence from?

    You can purchase a fishing licence from Zacs, the general store. 

  • Where can you hire kayaks from?

    We have 6 individual kayaks available for hire from reception.

  • Where can you hire stand up paddle boards?

    You can hire paddle boards from Reception.  The boards will be available for pick up from the office reception area.  You can choose from different size boards and 3 hour hire to all day hire.

    You will need to bring your drivers license with you when you pick up the boards.
