Holiday Van Management Strategy
Holiday Haven Tourist Parks in conjunction with NSW Crown Lands Division has developed a strategy for the allocation of Holiday Van numbers and sites within each Holiday Haven Tourist Park. This strategy outlines among other things how vans can be bought and sold in Holiday Haven Tourist Parks and has implications for all Holiday Van owners and prospective van owners. Please familiarise yourself with this strategy before selling or purchasing a holiday van.
In July 2011 a Holiday Van Management Strategy prepared in consultation with NSW Crown Lands, under the provision of the Business Development Plan was adopted by Council on Tuesday 26 July 2011 under Council Minute 11.710.
Which parks are covered by this Strategy?
As of August 2011, van sales are allowed under strict conditions in the following parks, Shoalhaven Heads Tourist Park, Crookhaven Heads Tourist Park, Currarong Beachside Tourist Park, Huskisson White Sands Tourist Park, Swan Lake Tourist Village, Bendalong Point Tourist Park, Lake Conjola Entrance Tourist Park, Ulladulla Headland Tourist Park, Burrill Lake Tourist Park, Lake Tabourie Tourist Park. There are no Holiday Van sites available at Kangaroo Valley Tourist Park. All sales of holiday vans at Huskisson Beach Tourist Park must be off - site. That is vans must be removed from the park once the van has been sold.
