Cancellations Relating to Covid 19

To provide guests with peace of mind when booking at any Holiday Haven Park we have allowed some flexibility in our cancellation policy. The flexible refund and cancellation policy applies to any guest who is directly affected by COVID 19.

Park Management reserves the right to waive cancellation fees, or provide a credit (for the amount of money paid), transfer booking dates or provide a partial or full refund if guests are cancelling for any of the following reasons:

  • The guest or an immediate family member test positive to COVID-19
  • The guest is forced to self-isolate
  • The guest is awaiting the test results of a COVID-19 test
  • A state or government directive is issued, affecting the guest's ability to travel to or from their destination

Park management also reserves the right to request proof the guest or guests are genuinely affected by COVID, when cancelling for any of the above reasons. Such proof may include Doctors Certificate, confirmation of a COVID test or instructions from a health authority to self isolate.

Effective from 6/11/21.

Yes. We recommend if a facility is at capacity that you wait outside and practice social distancing.

Each park offers different pet-friendly options so whilst pets are welcome to stay at many of our parks, please see our pet-friendly policy and check with the park directly ahead of booking.

We will review this decision as further restrictions are eased.

While we pride ourselves on maintaining high standards of cleaning year round, we have implemented additional procedures, including regular cleaning of high touch surfaces.
